Home / Where to live
Puget Sound · neighborhoods we actually cover
Where to live in Greater Seattle — neighborhoods we serve
Pick the school and the commute. Then order monitoring for the hours the house is empty. One Seattle number covers the map.
In-city Seattle
Ballard, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, West Seattle, Fremont, Green Lake. Older houses, leftover keypads, backyard ADUs. Porch packages still walk off. Seattle does not issue a subscriber alarm permit. Seattle Police is the usual dispatch. That is not Bellevue and not Edmonds.
Eastside — Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond
Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond. School-day empties toward Bellevue School District and Lake Washington School District. Builder leftover keypads are common. Bellevue registers at $25 through CryWolf. Independent cities are not Seattle Police — we name the office from your ZIP. We do not invent a residential permit dollar amount for Kirkland or Redmond.
North, south, and close-in Snohomish
Shoreline, Renton, Edmonds, and other King or close-in Snohomish addresses in coverage. Weekday empties. Same ADT watch as Ballard. Shoreline and Edmonds empty those streets until pickup. Confirm the parcel from the ZIP. We do not invent a residential permit dollar amount.
Bellevue, Kirkland, Edmonds — own desks, same install
Bellevue, Kirkland, and Edmonds sit next to Seattle and run their own desks. Same professionally installed system. Different paperwork. Confirm that office from the ZIP. Same-day or next-day is often available from the WA-Seattle office. Coverage is King County and close-in Snohomish — confirm every address.
Bellevue
Its own city. $25 registration. CryWolf 855-694-8280. False alarms typically $100 then $200. Leftover keypads on resales. Call with the ZIP.
Kirkland
King County Eastside. Confirm the permit office from the ZIP — we do not invent a dollar amount. School-day empties and leftover builder keypads. Same ADT watch.
Ballard
In-city Seattle. Porch packages. Leftover keypads. No subscriber permit after install — the company can be billed if SPD arrives on a false alarm.
SafeStreets installs and ADT monitors wherever you land — as long as the ZIP is in coverage. Call with the address.
