How much is ADT monitoring in Seattle?
Plans start at $53.99/mo for ADT Secure+, then Smart+ $63.99 (most popular), and Complete+ $74.99, with a $99 install on many plans. Ask about the free alarm-system promo ($850 value) on qualifying monitoring*. A new monitoring agreement is required — typically 36 months. Early termination fees apply. Homeowners only.
Does Seattle charge a yearly alarm-user fee?
No. The City of Seattle does not issue a subscriber alarm permit. Under SMC 6.10 and 10.08, the alarm company is billed $115 if Seattle Police arrive on a false burglar alarm, $230 on a false panic, and $30 if the dispatch is canceled in time. A waiver is available once every 84 months after a city workshop. Bellevue charges $25 to register and bills false alarms through CryWolf at 855-694-8280. Other cities confirm from the ZIP — we do not invent a dollar amount.
There is a leftover keypad in my Bellevue resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when Seattle City Light is out?
Yes. The system can still reach ADT if Seattle City Light, Puget Sound Energy, or the Wi-Fi is down. Seattle City Light covers most Seattle addresses. Puget Sound Energy covers much of the Eastside. Snohomish County PUD covers close-in Snohomish.
Is this site ADT corporate?

Can you install before we leave town?
Often yes — same-day or next-day from the WA-Seattle office when the calendar is open. Weekdays empty a lot of Seattle houses. A flight or a commute on I-5 empties the same doors. Promotional offers are for homeowners, not short-term rentals. Say so on the call.
Do you cover Bellevue, Kirkland, and Edmonds?
Yes, when the ZIP is in coverage. One Seattle number for King County and close-in Snohomish. Confirm the ZIP on the call. Same-day or next-day is often available.
